Rice dishes are the workhorse of bulk catering. A good biryani fills a hungry worker for six hours, costs less per calorie than almost anything else, and travels well in insulated containers. We've spent years perfecting our base rice — Sella basmati, parboiled, cooked in copper degs the traditional way.
Prices vary by volume tier and packaging. Final pricing on quote.

|---|---|---|
| Chicken Biryani | AED 8 – 14 | Sella basmati, bone-in chicken, layered with caramelised onion, fresh herbs and our house biryani masala. The mainstay of camp lunches. |

| Mutton Pulao | AED 12 – 20 | Yakhni-based mutton pulao. The mid-week classic. |

Sella basmati (parboiled) — holds shape better than raw basmati in bulk cooking, doesn't break or get sticky. We source from established UAE importers, not the cheapest grade.
