Six production kitchens. Seven emirates. Daily meal supply for labour camps, corporate offices, mosques and community programmes — built around the operational realities of bulk catering at scale.
Anyone can cook a great biryani once. What separates a real bulk caterer from a glorified restaurant is whether they can cook that same biryani 4,000 times tomorrow, deliver it hot to nine different sites across two emirates, hit every drop within a 30-minute window, and send a clean monthly invoice that matches your PO to the dirham.
That's the problem Al Attar Public Kitchen was built to solve. Six kitchens, six dedicated branch managers, route-optimised logistics, transparent per-meal pricing, and a 7-day operating week — because labour camps don't take Sundays off.
Three-meal daily contracts for camps housing 50 to 2,000+ workers. Route-optimised, halal, no plate waste.

Most large clients start with a 7-day trial. We deliver, you collect feedback, we tune before contract.
Same crew, same delivery time, photo-confirmed drops, monthly invoicing aligned to your PO format.
Most catering operations in the UAE run from a single Dubai facility, with vans driving 90+ minutes to reach Sharjah, Ajman or Abu Dhabi. We chose a different model: kitchens close to the people we feed, so food arrives hotter, cost is lower, and one branch failure doesn't paralyse the rest.
Indicative pricing for a mid-tier menu (rice + curry + bread + salad). Final pricing depends on menu, packaging and route distance.

Every Al Attar kitchen is licensed by the relevant municipality in its emirate and operates under HACCP-aligned protocols. We temperature-log every batch from cooking to delivery. We swab surfaces weekly. We rotate suppliers only with full certification trails.
Bulk catering is the recurring, daily supply of large meal volumes — typically 100 to 10,000 meals a day to the same buyer. Event catering is a one-off, presentation-led service. Bulk catering prioritises operational consistency, per-meal cost efficiency and route reliability.
Per meal, with tiered pricing that drops as your daily volume rises. A camp ordering 100 meals/day pays a higher per-meal rate than one ordering 2,000/day. Delivery distance, menu complexity and packaging type are the other key variables.
It can, but we don't recommend it. We design 7-day or 14-day rotating menus so worker morale and nutritional variety stay high. Static menus lead to plate waste within 2-3 weeks.
Straightforward contracts under 500 meals/day can start within 5–7 working days. Larger contracts of 1,000+ meals/day need around two weeks for route and menu planning.
Yes. Our menus accommodate South Asian, Filipino, Arab and African worker preferences. We segment portions and dishes so each nationality gets something they recognise multiple times a week.
Yes — we do this regularly. We honour the worker-side menu expectations during the first two weeks of transition, then gradually shift to our optimised menu.
No commitment. A clear quote, a sample menu, a path to your first delivery.
